yesterday was lame, cause i was doing a school science project with the little one..

my daughters education is partially in the hands of these people.

While I'm hesitant to de-rage you, because there could be either lulz or pics involving your breasts at the end of that tunnel,
my controls -> e-mail settings -> select "Include a copy of the post when emailing me from a subscribed topic."

I found once you get a good flour to fat ratio going, you can make gravy out of anything, just by adding a few different ingredients. I saute onions in the drippings from my fried pork chops then add the flour. Then I add either vegetable broth or chicken stock and it makes the best gravy ever, perfect over mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables with the chops. Of course, I don't cook stuff like that very often, it isn't too healthy. But damn is it good!

yes this!!! and its just so sad/ironic/funny to see the Japanese borrow our food culture as we try to do the same to theirs. but for the record, its Okinawa that has the longer life expectancy over main islanders. i think it's the bitter melon too.
and btw- my grandmother has the best 90 yea old legs i have ever seen.
