To subscribe to a band and pay yearly membership fees.
Then Aaron North did that Jubilee band and used the idea.
And where are they now? Face down in an LA gutter, high on meth, and still owing the people who subscribed to him a full length record that will never come out.

What was this idea? Like what Pearl Jam and Jack White does with paid membership for rarities club? Didn't know Josh toyed with that thought....

I mean if we can get hands down pants while holding a porno photos just for a stoner mag interview then I'm guessing paid membership would have to include something that little bit extra

That being said they were playing shows as recently as 8 months ago so it's not like it's been forever since they've been on the road.
