tragic, yes

indicative of deep rooted social inequality, somewhat

but seems to me like a lot of lefties are using this square peg in a lot of political round holes

emotions are running high. the recently bereaved are usually not the most level-headed, rational people. their grief is valid, their political stance isn't unquestionable because they are bereaved. as for the rest of the lefties jumping on the bandwagon, i despair.

champagne socialist lily allen front and centre of the tv cameras, give me a break.

why can't people understand the complicated nature of reporting fatalities? it's pretty hard to identify piles of ash that used to be humans. where was the outrage any other time the fatality rate slowly crept up in a mass casualty event? where was the moral outrage from the left over rotherham?

it is as though theresa may lit the touchpaper herself and ran off gleefully through the fields of maize. 5 million is actually quite a lot of relief between the residents? am i missing something?

i also have no time for people whose form of protest includes causing traffic jams

but for most of these people it is more about causing a scene and activist tourism than it is about justice.

Five Million doesn't go very far in North Kensington
You could buy a small one bedroom flat for 1 million

It may seem like a lot to you but it's derisory in the context of this events location and the amount of people affected

How much should we be giving them then? Lottery winning sums? How many survivors are there? How many people are 'affected'? It's a lot of money divided between them, and more than enough to get them back on their feet.
