We ( there are a few of us Brits being represented by the same Lawyer)  have taken out a "Partie de Civile" which means we can request access to any part of the proceedings.....incl other survivors witness statements....which has been very enlightening to say the least.

well i hope when all is said and done, you might be kind enough to share what you've heard.

i for one would be interested to listen.
"When all is said and done" referring to the trial, we`ll be taking further advice on what we can and can`t share, both legally and what we`ve been party to amongst our other survivors.
Personally it`ll never be all said and done, but hopefully it`ll be further from our thoughts 24/7 in the future.
Because we have a future, unlike the 89 murdered and in excess of 200 injured and affected for life because they were there that night.
We were just in the wrong place wrong time is all, like every other victim of terrorism/crime/freak accident/illness etc.
We need to stay positive and help other people do the same.

I'm not sure how much you are allowed to comment on trials that are currently in session in France
The wiki says that there are to be no press releases without permission from the Lawyers association or something so I guess we won't find out until its all over
The trial is totally closed to media and public, the whole judicial system  isvery different to the way it works in the UK...our Lawyer has briefed us on what to expect and updates us as soon there are any, but we are only allowed to discuss it amongst ourselves.

He was from Stuttgart, and no he wasn't with us in Paris, which we`re glad about, because he always stood by the soundboard, and wasn't known for his agility.
He had problems with his stomach and following his last operation they had to put him into an induced coma that he never came out of.
He`d been in hospital since April.
We went to visit him in September when we were over in Germany for a gig. Just so glad we did, but altho he was very poorly we honestly thought he had the strength to get thru it.

just can't believe the exact course of events isn't known by now.

makes you wonder what some establishments might be hiding.

ineptitude or something worse?

The 3 of us that were stood tight together had 3 totally different experiences and therefore recounts of what happened to us and how lucky we each were to get out...our 2 Scottish friends who were stood alongside us turned right instead of left as we ran threw the exit and spent the next 3 hours in a cellar under the stage hiding but hearing everything going on above them.
How the fuck does anyone ever get over something like that?
And then there were the other 15 or so friends that all got out alive, shot to various degrees....
The stories of the 20 or so of us there together that night, out of a crowd of 1100, are so diverse, so imagine having to sift thru that lot, and then throw out the frauds cashing in on it to boot.
