Meaning they burned the 160kbps files to a cd and ripped that at 320kbps. Theoretically that's even lower quality.

the original download from the official site is 160 kbps. so anyone dl'ing it and then burning to cd and ripping it at 320 kbps is actually making the sound quality worse, apparently.
