i dont think its a good idea at all..  

it looks like it just has perferations though the middle of the packaging that you can break open faster.  
that says to me theres more chance of the packaging fucking up and fiving you a condom that isnt going to be as durable and therefore effective..

The idea is good. I don't care about that |337 speak about "if you don't know how to put a condom on, don't fuck", cause it will never work and I'd rather have people being crap at putting condoms on and putting them all the same thanks to that system.
But as said before, I do worry about these perforations.

im sure its not as much like this anymore, but at one point it was thought that you could cure aids by having sex with a virgin..  

id say stopping that practice if it hasnt would help a lot too..  

but i readdy dont think mroe peopel are getting aids in africa becasue it takes .3 seconds longer to put on a regular condom.
