the 2nd half is the worst for you, and you already got the nic fix anyways.
I believe that smoking is mostly mentlal brainwashing, and the nicotine gives the body a small jolt to provide reminder also.

Aaaanyway, these are things I could never find in the States, filter Chesterfields. If they disappeared, quitting wouldn't be that difficult. I love them. Any other cigarette tastes meh compared to them.
