Title should be self-explanatory.
What kind of merch have people seen at the shows? Is it just T-shirts or are there CDs, posters, patches, etc?

The s/t CD was available at all the shows in NZ and Australia.

2 posters at the Enmore, I didn't look at the Palace. Someone already linked to Beyond the Pale, they are probably there already.

A couple shirts. One is a men's with the s/t cover. I think it looks really ugly. The R shirt was available in Auckland and a couple others that I didn't see at the Soundwaves. There is a girl's tank with the band name across the front. No hoodies, it is the middle of Summer after all.

I just saw some of those recent posters, they look cool. Anybody have any thoughts/tips/tricks for buying posters at gigs and keeping them safe?

Can't wait to see what merch they have.

I hope to buy it all and sell it back to the real fans for a profit, cuz I'm a nice guy like that.

Hmm. We have coat check too but I'd like to avoid it if possible, so I'll see if they can hold it until after the show. Thanks.

i was was even toying with the idea of attaching some string to the tube so i could wear it like a rifle slung across my back...guess it depends on where you will be in the crowd...wouldnt recommend that for up front...just am option... i wont be too far forward since i plan to record the gigs ill be going to...24 inch tube should do it.

At the Birmingham show they had st on cd and record, I think three different t shirts and posters that were numberd out of one hundred and fifty.  Basic sperm design green and black.  Venu was cool enough to allow re-entry so I didn't have to hold the poster the whole time.  I'll post a pic of the poster later.

how much do the shirts and posters cost?
If we don't want trouble should we not try to stop it?
Is this what you wanted it to be? Don't you think it's time to rip off the blindfold; or just keep doing what you're told?

in NO i didn't see any posters. i saw a few shirts, but the only one i thought was interesting had a tiger face with "queens" over it in orange, kind of like a retro high school design with, "11" or "queens 11" on the front.

Well obviously if there is one there will be one for the other.

I have one for every queens show I've been to since they started doing them for every show and it just wouldn't seem right if I didn't have them rolled up for years waiting to be framed.   I even bought a lot more frames this year because I wanted to get the old ones framed before I got the new ones.

TCV are not QOTSA.

When was the last time Queens even played headlining shows that did not have posters?  2003?

TCV is 1/3 QOTSA. I was just kind of implying that maybe Josh is behind the poster for every gig thing.

and the other question, I have no idea. Do they really make them for every show? Obv biggies like Toronto will have some but I wouldn't be surprised if MTL didn't.

Who makes em anyway? Is it one guy that just makes a bunch of designs or multiple regional independents?

As far as I know, the band contracts a few artists/designers, they produce the poster, arrange for the printing,
and ship a batch to the venue. Not sure how the $$$ side of it works.
