Besides, Sears Tower was only the highest building until Empire State was built... Ho is just nostalgic about his youth.

Thanks, The Sears Tower was built in the early 1970's, way, way after the Empire State Building.
The John Hancock Center beat out the Empire State Building for height before the Sears Tower did.

Sweet Thing won't approve of me telling you this but that is called the Water Tower because it was the main water pumping facility for the Chicago Fire Department and is one of the only buildings to survive the Great Chicago Fire.
