hahahaaaaaa..... hopefully it warms up for you
if you like museums, i suggest the Museum of Fine ARts, and it's little way-cool sister behind it, the Isabella STewart Gardner museum.
if it warms up you can be a real tourist and take a duck boat tour. not a bad way to see all of boston.
the museum of science is playing an IMAX movie about the galapagos islands and i want to see it really badly
you can rent kayaks and canoes to go on the charles out in cambridge, near harvard (take storrow drive til the end and then turn left on to soldier's field road).
there's also the aquarium, 'historic' fenway park, and about a billion other historic things.
the boston beerworks, sam adams' plant, john harvard's brewpub, if your dad was like mine and drank his way through college visits.
those are all pretty standard things to do. what are you looking for, and do you have a car? because if you have a car you should go to boston bowl, they are open 24 hours and you get a free pair of socks. nice ones. and that will make people think you are a local if they see you wearing them (outside of the bowling alley anyway)

it has sargent's el jaleo as soon as you walk in the door
and i think they just redid the center garden, as per the spring time arrangement left in her will
that lady was bananas
which only adds to the museum experience

I was actually there on Thursday, killing time. Didn't find much, but then again I didn't spend much time in there either.

I also went up to North End to get some Italian food. Can't remember the name of the place, though. Probably started with a P.

if you happen to be in Jamica Plain area, go to" El Oriantal del Cuba", best cuban food in the city.

Does the brassy blond (Major someone) still drive those things?
She was hilarious, told us about the colour of Kennedys carpet in his bedroom
And she let us and our kids drive one of those things once we were out on the water.
