I have a few memories of Jesse from PDHS that might entertain this forum.

In our government class, taught by the infamous Uncle Hubie (see my only earlier post on this forum), we used to fuck with a guy named Lee Munson. Lee was actually a cool guy, and fucked with us right back, but that's how high school was.

Jesse had no moustache in high school. His enthusiasm for porn was also not known then, though it doesn't surprise me. I mean, hey, it's hot people having sex!

He could not be typed or cliqued. He did not hang out with the jocks, nerds, preps, sluts, thugs, etc. Same with Josh Homme. Both were independent and didn't care what anyone thought of them.

Jesse, Pat Sheehy, and I planned the following: thermite bomb on the goalpost on the football field, placing a kryptonite lock on the chainlink fence that the school buses needed to open to get on to campus, blocking the other (main) driveway to PDHS with sand (which can be found in great abundance around PDHS), driving the golf carts (which were essential for campus security to get around) out to the wash by Cook Street and then putting concrete blocks under the tires and one on the gas pedal, thus draining the battery and forcing the fat security guard to deal with it, several plans to sabotage Model United Nations events that Uncle Hubie loved, and a couple other ideas. As far as I remember, only two of these were actually executed.

I don't know if anyone else feels the same way, but I just really really don't care about what jesse hughes did when he was fifteen. And i think its sort of weird that people are posting about his life here. If it were me, i'd be unsettled by it.
Sure, i don't know jesse and maybe you chat to him on the telephone about how hilarious all this shit is, but I'm really not seeing it.
I dunno.

I don't understand why some people need to know all about some persons life. The important thing it's what that person does in present.

I think those are pretty funny stories! I love to hear them.  The Forum SAYS talk about Jesse. I'd tell some funny stories about my husband, but I'm not married to Jesse. : D

Its interesting how the same people who spend hours trolling this site every week, posting and answering surveys on their favorite eodm or qotsa songs, obsessing on the personal lives of all these musicians, act weirded out or uninterested by some of these topics. Where does one draw the line of acceptable fanboy obsession? favorite color? boxers or briefs? Yet here you guys are with hundreds of posts on this site, so dis-interested and weirded out by this topic that you took the time to click on the forum, then read, then write a response. I browse these pages every so often, and theres always some person who's posted hundreds of topics and replies about the same trivial bullshit, telling someone else  that their topic is somehow beneath them, or to say who cares. Who cares about this stuff? you guys do, obviously, judging by the amount of hours you've logged on this website.  if there was ever an appropriate place to voice ones banal interests or memories about a band, the bands website forum has got to be the one perfect place.
